General Rates

Two flat rates are built into our shopping cart for shipping right across Canada and the United States. For Canadian orders under 5 pounds, the rate is $10.00. For orders of 5 pounds or more, the rate is $15.00. For United States bound orders under 5 pounds, the rate is $18.00. For American orders of 5 pounds or more, the rate is $26.00. All rates are in Canadian funds. These flat fees includes all packaging & shipping costs.

We will personally hand deliver all orders within a 20 kilometer radius of our outlet in Kenogami , Ontario. Upon receiving your order we will notify you by e-mail that the shipping portion of your payment will be waived. Yes, that includes deliveries to island cottage properties on Lake Sesekinika when the lake is ice free.

Your shipping charge is based on the combined weight of all items selected. Some items have been assigned zero weight and we pay the shipping (postage). One example of this is our ever popular weather sticks.

All Canadian customers must pay GST on shipping charges.

If you have an active personal or corporate account with any of the leading couriers you may opt to pay for your own shipping and we will waive completely our shipping fees. It may save you some money. Do your homework and if it costs less simply include the details in the Special Notes section of our secure check out. Include the account number and name of the courier company. We guarantee confidentiality. Upon confirmation of the information provided we will notify you by e-mail that your payment will be discounted by the full amount of our shipping charges. Kenogami Outpost has access to most of Canada's leading courier companies. Please note that most couriers cannot ship to a P.O. Box. They require a street address.

Our general promise is 3 to 4 weeks delivery but we will do our very best to reduce your wait time. Upon receiving your order our usual processing and readying time is 5 working days. If we are experiencing any undue delays we will inform you by email and give you the option of cancelling. We have a 'no backorder' policy. If we blinked and ran out of something we'll notify you immediately, inform you when it will be back in stock and give you the option of canceling.

Our shopping cart is currently not programmed to process rush orders. If you require a rush shipment, please include the details in the Special Notes section of our secure check out. Please include a phone number where you can be reached with available times. We will confirm arrangements and costs by phone and confirm them by e-mail.

Our shopping cart is configured for the North American market place, but we can override it. Kenogami Outpost is happy to ship worldwide. Please enter all your information accurately in the payment & shipping section of our check out. Under 'country' enter USA. That's so you won't be paying our taxes. In Special Notes tell us your real home country. Obviously, if your address is Buckingham Palace or The Kremlin we'll already have figured it out! We'll cancel our regular shipping charges and email to you what it will cost to get your order to you. You will likely want Express Post International (Via Air). It will take approximately 5-21 Days transit time. Regular Surface (Via Boat) will take approximately 14-60 Days transit time. Once you confirm by email, we will send it off across the ocean.
